- All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

- Agrotay is not responsible for delays or failures due to bank/payment provider issues.

- Agrotay may connect you to third-party logistics services.  

- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.  

- Any dispute with logistics should be resolved with the provider, but we’re here to assist.

You agree not to:  

- Post false or misleading content  

- Violate any laws or third-party rights  

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform  

- Upload harmful content (e.g. viruses)

All content on Agrotay — logos, text, design — is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or engaging in suspicious activity.

Agrotay is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses, delays, or damages arising from platform use, third-party services, or user interactions.
